Colony High School Project Progress Through 5/6/2016
All major construction activities are complete inside and outside of the stadium.
Colony High School Project Progress Through 3/31/16
All structural steel has been erected. The installation of the aluminum is 75% complete. Seats and ramps are currently being installed. New fence and gate installation is underway. New ADA path of travel flatwork at the parking lot sidewalk is complete.
Colony High School Project Progress Through 2/29/16
Colony High School: Bleacher foundations, landing pads have been poured and are ready for structural steel installation. Fine grading is underway to prepare for AC paving under the new bleacher footprint as well as concrete flatwork at the home side. Retaining and seat walls are under construction.
Colony High School Project Progress Through 1/31/16
Colony: We have completed the OX and recompaction for the bleacher extension foundation. We have surveyed, laid out the footings and are in the process of digging the footings. Parking lot truncated domes and ADA striping are complete.
Colony High School Project Progress Through 12/31/15
Bleacher Additions will be located at both sides of the home and away side of the current bleacher configuration. Home side demolition was completed, with the excavation and recompaction in progress. Footing excavation has commenced on one side of the home bleachers. Visitor side excavation was complete but the rain impacted the ability to complete the backfill on both sides. The rerouting of the power and data for the new bleacher footings has started.
District Wide Shade Structures Project Progress Report Through 7/31/15
Shade structure erection at all three sites has been completed. Slab on grade concrete work at all three sites completed. LOHS remaining activities are parking lot striping & truncated domes. New structures at LOHS have been ordered. CHS remaining activities are CMU surrounds, parking lot striping/truncated domes. MHS remaining activities are CMU surrounds, parking lot striping, truncated & traffic domes, new irrigation at quad and sod.
District Wide Shade Structures Project Progress Report Through 6/30/15
Shade structure erection at all three sites is complete. Concrete slab on grade at Los Osos has been completed along with all CMU surrounds and joint sealants. Concrete slab on grade at Colony High School has been completed. CMU surrounds started at Colony High School. Rebar work for slab on grade at Montclair High School currently in progress.

Rebar work for slab on grade at Colony High School currently in progress. Shade structure erection at MHS is currently on-going along with CCD#2 addition of seat walls & revisions for ensuring maximum 2% ADA slope.
District Wide Shade Structures Project Progress Report Through 4/30/15
All foundations for all shade structures have been completed. Erection of shade structures have begun at all three sites, and are currently in progress.
