During the month of August, Building U continued with CMU block installation and in-wall rough. The embeds were set for the preparation of the stairs, and the painters completed painting Buildings Q, N, B, and C.

During the month of June, underground low-voltage duct banks for Building U were installed and backfilled. Elevator footings were excavated and poured, and the remaining building footings were excavated with rebar installed.

During April, the demolition of the existing Building U was completed. The building pad was over-excavated, backfilled, and subsequently certified.
