During the month of November, Building U completed CMU block installation and continued electrical rough-in. Steel erection and grouting also began. During the Thanksgiving break, the grader demolished the existing landscaping along Rochester in preparation for new planting scheduled during the Christmas break.
During the month of October, Building U continued CMU block installation and in-wall electrical rough-in, while steel embeds were set as the exterior walls took shape. Toward the end of the month, scaffolding was erected to provide access to the walls.

As the CMU walls progressed upward, required in-wall rough-ins and steel embeds were installed to support elements such as stairs and other structural components. Additionally, painters completed painting for Buildings Q, N, B, and C.

During the month of June, underground low-voltage duct banks for Building U were installed and backfilled. Elevator footings were excavated and poured, and the remaining building footings were excavated with rebar installed.
